Journey of a (likely) Sepsis Induced ME/CFS Treatment

Blog details

My Name is Blazer and I'm a 28 y/o Male from Germany. I Had a severe infection in 2021 that likely was a Sepsis that left untreated because of a shitty Hospital. I eventually recovered but I started to feel progressively worse after.

At First i was still able to Work but Crash after Alcohol consumption so i stopped that. Then i started to Crash on mild exercise and i stopped that. The downstream started maybe 1 year after the infection and i essentially became fully housebound with some bedbound episodes.

I have Made the full Progress from mild CFS to moderate-severe ME/CFS and i am currently Back to moderate. (Housebound but Not bedbound is moderate for me).

This Blog will be my Journey on various Treatment routes. I have a Lot of Problems with pain and anxiety and my current QoL is still Close to be unbearable. I want to treat and I want to Take eveyone with me.

Greetings Blazer.
