He mentions stem cells, peptides and gene editing to treat natural killer cells and also mentions treating different t cells. Also talks about controlling inflammation and different inflammatory cytokines as well as enhancing mitochondrial function.
I'm only half way through this podcast but I'm sure this will interest people here. Possibly look up more information on Dr Adeel Khan who specialises on all this and is supposedly one of the few drs working in this whole field, integrating it all together.
