Highly Sensitive Physiology

I just noticed there's a hypersensitivity thread here. For those that do experience sensitivity, "HSP" or "highly sensitive physiology" is something worth knowing about. It's completely different than "hypersensitivity" but there are connections between the two subjects.

The relevance is that people with highly sensitive physiology can experience health issues due to a chronically overwhelmed nervous system. This overwhelm stems from a lack of understanding of what highly sensitive physiology is, what it's for, and how to care for one's self if born with this evolutionary physiology. There's an HSP community here with more information.

It's a bit of a journey in terms of coming to understand the subject but WELL worth it if you are in the 3rd of the population who is born with this.
