High ferritin

Since it's the weekend and I can't even schedule a visit to the hematologist, I was wondering if anyone has any experience with looking at a hemoglobin electrophoresis. It seems to show a small bump consistent with Hemoglobin H disease (HbH), but I'm not sure as it's the first time I'm looking over such a graph:

This is a reference that I found on the internet for Hemoglobin H disease (HbH):

Blood test also shows: quite high Ferritin(516.5 ug/L), transferin saturation over laboratory limit, low RBC, low HGB, low HCT, higher MCV, higher neutrophils, lower lymphocytes.
