Although Behcet is rather an auto-inflammatory disease than auto-immune, I didn't find a better place to put this thread.
Behcet is triggered by Virus or bacteria, and is a multisystemic disease with associated vasculitis.
It's very difficult to diagnose because there's not lab test for it, the dignosis is clinical.
The problem comes mainly because symptoms are not necessarly concommittant. They can show up at different time in life.
